VOCEL INTEGRATING WITH SAS® DIGITAL MARKETING
VOCEL announced plans with SAS to integrate its patented VOCEL Interactive Messaging gateway with SAS® Digital Marketing. The resulting offering will revolutionize the way that wireless operators reduce churn.
The VOCEL Interactive Messaging gateway allows users to vote, purchase, or respond to questions with just one click. SAS’ world class capability of capturing and analyzing subscriber preferences coupled with the VOCEL Interactive Messaging gateway will allow operators to offer individualized treatments to subscribers that address their needs and enable them to respond instantly.
